Text Box: Main Menu allows users to access all of the SPU functions. Navigation in SPU is easy, just click and display. Screenshots using Client Access version 5.7. No additional software required.

Text Box: Fields allow user to load Spooled files into SPU for viewing and searching. All Spooled Files in the system can be loaded.

Text Box: Spooled files can be displayed by logical groups. Text Box: Map a network drive to the following path to allow Spooled files to be opened with PC applications on-the-fly Text Box: Spooled files can be open on-the-fly with PDF, Notepad and Wordpad. Text Box: The following filter values can be used to select Spooled file. Starting with i.e. ABC* Contain i.e. *XYZ* Any Character i.e. _D*

 

Text Box: All Archived Spooled files can be opened again with PDF, Notepad and Wordpad. they can also be reprinted.

Text Box: Additional Archive systems, Private or Public can be setup Private archive systems require Authorization list to be setup to allow users to access them.

Text Box: Only Administrators are allowed to maintain user profiles.
